Tyrell

Tyrell is the owner and personal trainer at DotLyfe Fitness as well as an Offensive Lineman coach for the NJ Warriors. Tyrells goal is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. He is a certified fitness instructor with experience in coaching athletic teams, playing on every level of football, as well as CPR and first aid certified. Throughout Tyrells secondary education he was recognized on the NJ All State, All Shore, and Super 100 teams.  He received over 40 full athletic scholarships offers across the county and accepted a full ride to UMASS Amherst while attaining a business degree from the Isenberg School of Management. After finishing his post-secondary education he attended the Carolina Panthers rookie mini camp, workouts for the Arizona Cardinals and the New York Giants. Tyrell also played a season in the National Area League in 2017. With these experiences and skills cultivated over the years of his athletic career Tyrell has the confidence and ability to help others reach their fitness and health goals, and assist athletic clients to reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Ruby

Ruby's yoga classes are an artful blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness. She teaches alignment-based Vinyasa flows to music, that is great for all levels, even beginners! Ruby’s classes are not only a source for people to develop their physical strength but also to calm the mind, help reduce chronic pain and promote overall health and wellness.

Ruby began her personal practice as a way to help relieve stress and anxiety. Yoga helped Ruby learn presence, patience, allowance, how to breathe, listen to the body, and so much more. She immediately knew she wanted to share this gift with others and decided to deepen her practice by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program followed by a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training program.

Ruby aims to create a space for students to explore their own movement and breath to help them achieve overall mind and body, health and wellness! Come connect your mind, body and breath with Ruby on the mat.

Workouts focus on perfecting body movement, footwork, agility, and explosive strength. With enough hard work, determination, and repetition of specific techniques you can improve your performance on the field. Film review and analysis available upon request for an additional cost.

Whether it’s losing weight or toning muscle, group workouts will improve your overall health and have you feeling great. Participants become well rounded in all physical activities and flexibility. You’ll see an improvement in your energy levels and body performance in no time.

Working out is not only about what your body looks like on the outside but also on the inside. The aim is to make sure your body and mind find the right balance. An individualized nutritional guide is created to help you achieve your personal health and wellness goals.
