About Me
I'm Tyrell Smith and my aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. I am a certified fitness instructor with experience in coaching and playing on every level of football. I've been recognized on the NJ All State, All Shore, and Super 100 teams, received a full athletic scholarship to a division 1 college, and attended the Carolina Panthers rookie mini camp along with workouts for the Arizona Cardinals and the New York Giants. With these experiences I am confident in my ability to help others reach their goals and their full potential.

Workouts focus on perfecting body movement, footwork, agility, and explosive strength. With enough hard work, determination, and repetition of specific techniques you can improve your performance on the field. Film review and analysis available upon request for an additional cost.
